Mission
- Manage existing accounts.
- Maintain, and grow product lines with existing business.
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Gain new clients.
- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that convince potential clients.
Functions
Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for:
Manage and develop sales in key clients with the following portfolio of products:
- One-side coated grease proof gloss paper for standard and wraparound labeling. These are designed for labels for oil bottles for human consumption.
- One-side coated high gloss paper for standard or wraparound labels and flexible packaging.
- Creaset Classic is also suitable for laminating with other materials, obtaining a multi-layered packaging material.
- Speciality metalized papers.
- Papers for flexible packaging (One-side coated grease proof gloss paper).
- One side coated Kraft paper.
- Enameled high gloss papers.
- Support in launches of functional papers destined for food use.
- Manage active client portfolio and develop new clients in line with the companies strategic business plan.
- Adept at customer relationship development skills both for short- and long-term business development and growth.
Requisites
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- More than 5 years in sales management with a demonstrated record of sales growth in specialty papers in the packaging business(B2B) and FMCG is essential.
- Experience in labels sector, flexible packaging, and conversion.
- Experience in the graphic industry or transformation sectors would be highly valued.
- Good sales & key account/market management track-record.
- German and fluent in english.
- Possibility of working from Homeoffice.
- Technical competence and excellent Customer problem solving skills.
- Commercial negotiation skills with initiative and a solid market knowledge.

- Valid driving licence is essential.
