Within Process & Motion Control, the company designs, manufactures, market and service specified, highly engineered mechanical components used within complex systems where our customers’ reliability requirements and the cost of failure or downtime are extremely high. Within Water Management, they design, procure, manufacture and market products that provide and enhance water quality, safety, flow control and conservation, in which customers specify their products due to performance, life cycle and project cost, and their service levels.

Functions

  • Recruits, trains, leads, motivates, manages and develops the team of HR Associates to ensure that
  • their performance meets and/or exceeds both the organizational and their own personal
  • goals/objectives.
  •  Recommends appropriate reward and recognition in accordance with company guidelines
  • associated with Rewards and Recognition program.
  •  Develop training and tools necessary to assist team with information and guidelines necessary to
  • provide entry-level professional HR Generalist service. Areas included are: Leave of Absence,
  • international transfer, benefits summary, report generation and analysis, exit interview and
  • terminations process and analysis, etc.
  •  Develop and administer various other tools and resources to manage the effective processing of
  • employees, including: new hire packets, HR policy and procedures, LOA forms and documents,
  • etc.
  •  Participate in corporate level projects and programs, such as the design and implementation of the
  • corporate policy.
  •  Analyze data and use information to identify problem areas and opportunities. Develop and
  • implement HR key performance indicators. Monitor metrics weekly and track activity against plans.
  • Create countermeasures to fix performance gaps, taking necessary steps to improve individual
  • performance or systems process.
  •  Proactively identify process/systems gaps or non-value added activities related to onboarding, data
  • transactions, off-boarding, etc. Coordinate with colleagues to adjust and streamline to improve
  • execution.
  •  Maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment, building partnerships and modeling
  • teamwork within HR operation partners as well Payroll, Compliance and other supporting teams.
  •  Provide mentoring and guidance to HR Associates to raise the collective performance level within
  • the organization.
  •  Solve various problems, answer questions escalated from the HR Associates to ensure effective
  • service to the internal client population.
  •  Ensure that the HR Operation Center is in compliance with internal operational policies and external
  • local laws and regulations.
  •  Collaborate with Director overseeing global HR Shared Services function to coordinate various data
  • related functions, such as employment verifications.
  •  Oversee the facilitation/implementation of New Hire Orientation and maintain relevant internal
  • databases.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of work experience in the HR function
  •  Experience working with a Multinational set up
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication
  •  Experience in managing a team is preferred
  •  Working knowledge of the role HR plays in the overall HR processes
  •  Proficiency with MS Office and HR applications
  •  Adaptable and flexible personality
  •  HR analytical experience is preferred
