Our client, Vidal Candies USA is currently recruiting a National Account Sales Manager to be part of their growing structure in the United States.

Functions

  • Dealing with buyers on a direct basis, predominantly in the Supermarket & Drug Segments with some potential Key Distributor contacts.
  •  Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  •  Actively seek out and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling when necessary, networking and social media.
  •  Set up meetings with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  •  Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
  •  Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  •  Coordinate with the necessary team colleagues the availability of stock for customer programs.
  •  Participate on behalf of the company at Trade Shows / Industry/ Events / Conferences.
  •  Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections, maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong segment experience and a well-established network in confectionary at least during 8-10 years.
  •  Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
  •  Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for assigned customers.
  •  Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  •  Implementing National Sales Programs by developing field sales action plans.
  •  Growing sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends and competition.
  •  Determining annual unit plans by implementing marketing strategies.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  •  Appraisable College or university Degree related to business.
  •  Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  •  Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  •  Aptitude in delivering effective presentations.
  •  Focused, activity-driven and hard worker.
  •  Full mobility to travel.
  •  Appraisable Spanish knowledge.
