HR Business Partner

An European company within the industrial sector is looking for a HR Business Partner.
- His/her main function will be the define of the HR stratrgy according with the business strategy, involving business closely based on maintaining and enhacing the organization's human ressources by planning, ,selecting, retaining, evaluating and developing.
- - Define and implement all recruitment processes, especially for the sales functions.
- - Improve and implement the HR policies and procedures.
- - Execute the Pay roll function and implement a C&B policy.
- - Smart communicate with all other function leaders to be as a smooth bridge as coordination.
- - Take care of the employee relation with correct communication and spread correctly the company culture.
- - Organize and implement the training system and programs.
- - Implementation of the performance Appraisale, like KPI.
- - Ensure labor legal compliance.
- - Closely involve with the business, and give suggestions to General Manager and the other Managers based on business status and HR professional knowledge.
- At least 3 years of experience as HR Generalist.
- University Degree.
- Good sense of cost efficiency and business focus oriented.
- Good command of english is mandatory.
- Smart communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Integrity and approachability, Open-minded and proactive.
- Strong willing to learn and be glad to meet challenges as for value added.
