Our client is a global third-party label food manufacturer, supplying cereal based (biscuits, breakfast cereals, cereal bars…) products to large retailers, distributors and food branded companies.

With eight Operation Centers across the Americas and Europe, they market their products in more than 40 countries worldwide and manufacture over 10 different product categories.

We are seeking a Managing Director, Americas to lead and manage both USA, and Latam reporting to CEO.


  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies for USA and LATAM in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders.
  • Prepare a corporate plan and annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.
  • Lead the companies ambitious expansion plan.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to members of the board, to keep them aware of developments within the industry.
  • Manage and lead the team based both locally and remotely.
  • Support the team in achieving results providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
  • Ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the company’s mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations.
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company longevity and growth.
  • Create initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats and business risks and maximize strengths.
  • Increase product categories and client portfolio in all regions.
  • Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with clients, banks, food and drink federations and other organizations.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with customers, suppliers, government departments and other key contacts with a view to securing the most advantageous contract terms.


  • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or similar academic degree with an MBA.
  • 10 – 15 years experience in as a in FMCG and mass commodity products sector (marketing and sales) with at least 3 years in a position as General Manager.
  • Experience in Private label goods is essential.
  • Ideal candidate will have a similar experience covering both USA and LATAM territories.
  • Knowledge of Spanish would be a plus.
  • Proficient in working in fast-paced environment, quick decision making.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving abilities.
