Retail & Merchandising Specialist

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for executing the visual merchandising programs for the assigned brands.

Main tasks:
• Manage all VM tools of the different brand in the portfolio, in line with VM guidelines from HQ teams
• Coordinate tailor made temporary visibilities for Italian retailers, to enhance brand visibility
• Lead and coordinate suppliers and retailers during the development process of VM tools: from creative proposals, prototypes, production and instore delivery
• Periodically roll out and update merchandising materials to the designed points of sale (shelf tester, reglettes, visuals)
• Develop and update planograms according to marketing plans
• Control expenses for retail design activities, set up and tools
• Communicate and cooperate with the Sales team across Italy
• Forecast and monitoring of permanent pos material

Profile
• Up to 5 years of experience in marketing and trade marketing, preferably gained in companies in the Beauty industry
• Strong product and fashion attitude, detail-oriented
• Entrepreneurial attitude, result-oriented, problem-solving skills
• Project management tasks: budgets, timelines, execution, analysis and reports
• Collaboration and team working. Ability to understand current market trends
• Fluency in English and Italian
