Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Brand Content, Social Media & Influence Manager to elevate the brand presence and engage the target audiences across various digital platforms.

This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing compelling content strategies, managing their social media channels, and orchestrating impactful influencer campaigns. You will be the storyteller of their brand, ensuring their message resonates authentically and effectively with the community.

As the driving force behind our digital narrative, you will collaborate cross-functionally to align content initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering brand loyalty, expanding their reach, and driving meaningful interactions.

FONCTIONS:

• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
• Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
• Create, curate, and edit high-quality visual and written content that reflects their brand voice and style.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify their message.
• Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from brief development to performance tracking.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and actively test new strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
• Analyze social media and content performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and content initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
• Manage budget allocation for social media and influencer activities.

EXIGENCES:

Must-Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience (e.g., 5+ years) in brand content creation, social media management, and influencer marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful content strategies and social media campaigns.
• In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand voice.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize performance.
• Strategic thinking with a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• French & English Advanced

Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later) and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Experience working with agencies or external partners.
• A passion for emerging digital trends and technologies.
