Job Description:

In a fast-growing context, we are looking for an International Communication Director, for the Luxury Division of our client, to support marketing teams across all brands to drive brand awareness and visibility.

Mision
Contribute to the brands visibility and attractiveness for the 8 brands of the portfolio by the development of a consistent and brand-building communication strategy.
• Establish, manage and execute the global communication brand strategies (online & offline)
• Act as a key communication interlocutor with distributors, build trust and partner with licensors on their whole communication activities
• Be responsible for day-to-day editorial requests, media relations, and external communications
• Manage global / local brand communication agencies

FONCTIONS:

COMMUNICATION STRATEGY
• Build and align in collaboration with Brand Directors and the Digital marketing leader the international communication strategy including PR, Event, influence and brand content, in the budget process for both distributors’ investments and central investments.

BRAND CONTENT STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT:
• Recommend the editorial line and the brand content strategy based on the brand books established by Brand Directors together with the Maisons/ licensors
• Liaise with Maisons/ licensors in coordination with Brand Directors and with the Digital team to define and align the communication angles
• Oversee the brands’ talking points and conversational calendar establishment to enhance the brands’ image and desirability while relying on social trends and conversations.
• Lead the construction and management of the content factory
• Oversee the content creation and supervise its diffusion.

PR, EVENT & INFLUENCE
• Recommend the PR strategy to generate qualitative press, digital and social network visibility
• Animate the PR community in subsidiaries and liaise with trade/marketing – local agencies for distributors markets
• For key fragrances’ launches lead global launch event organization
• Orchestrate the creation and delivery on time of PR, event & influence Tool Kits for new fragrances’ launches for subsidiaries and distributors.
• Recommend and Contribute to the friends of the house / influencer’s strategy (approach, deals, content expectations, recommendation of amplification) and measure performance.
• Support the management of the influencer’s activations & PR for key launches on key markets
• Ensure Create and consolidate PR / events & Influence analysis & reports from the countries

COORDINATION
• Work closely with the Brand teams and Digital team to guarantee the consistency of the strategy and tools
• Work closely with the subsidiaries, trade marketing teams and distributors to coordinate, follow and validate the local communication initiatives and the implementation of toolkits aligned with each brand’s DNA and values
• Collect and share best practices, reports benchmark and analysis

MANAGEMENT
• Team of 2 professionals

EXIGENCES:

• Education: Business or Communication school
• Confirmed experience (10-15 years) in communication in the beauty industry, luxury or lifestyle.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills & presentation
• Combination of creative & strategic thinking with ability to identify opportunities
• Experience in image brand building
• Deep digital culture, social and beauty trends.
• Creativity, analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to unite and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work closely with the teams, fostering a constructive dynamic and sharing best practices. Acts as a relay and an influential voice.
• Established network within the press, influencer, and events sectors.
• Good understanding of the licensing business and distribution
• Fluent English & French
