Head of Commercial Operations – US Market

Job Description:

We are seeking a Head of Commercial Operations – US Market to lead the launch and expansion of a fast-growing Spanish company in the adtech and retail media space.

This senior role will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, building strong relationships with agencies and advertisers, and opening new business opportunities in the US. You’ll first take on the challenge hands-on, and then evolve into building and leading a high-performing commercial team to drive growth across North America.

Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute the US entry and growth strategy.
- Build partnerships with top agencies and advertisers.
- Lead the commercial operation in its early phase and later scale it with a dedicated team.
- Collaborate with global Product, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
- Represent the company in the US market and strengthen its positioning.
- Drive business performance through data-driven decision-making.

We’re looking for:
- 10+ years in business development and commercial operations, ideally with international scope.
- Proven experience launching and scaling commercial operations in the US.
- Strong network within media agencies and advertisers.
- Ability to build and lead teams from scratch.
- Results-driven, with a track record of revenue growth.
- Native or bilingual English required.

📍 Location: New York preferred (Miami optional).
