FONCTIONS
Responsabilities:
- To manage USA and LATAM as markets for the category.
- To lead projects on her own: innovation projects or saving projects.
- Coordinate with the rest of the team the general aspects of the brand.
- To support on the expansion of the brand into new markets.
- To drive the strategy in those markets under her/ his responsibility.
External Analysis:
- Analysis and understanding of the Nielsen variables: market evolution, prices, promotional activity, rate of sale.
Internal Analysis:
- P&L management – COGS, Margin.
- Market performance understanding and insights.
Project Management:
- Lead the project development with R&D, Claims and other cross- functional departments.
Media Communication:
- Work with local markets on their Media Plan and support in the content creation.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration and at least 5 years of relevant experiences in FMCG International experience.
- Experience in Product development and Project Management.
- High level of English and Spanish.
- Usuario PC: Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP, Nielsen.
