FUNCTIONS

We are currently recruiting a Pre Sales Engineer to be based in the UK (home-office position) to join the international team within this ever-changing industry. As key responsibilities, we can highlight the following: • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Actively listen to client requirements and concerns, and effectively communicate how the company's solutions can address their specific pain points and add value to their business. • Collaborate with our technical teams to design customized video analytics solutions that address client needs and maximize value. • Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to analyse client requirements and develop solutions and proposals that meet client needs and align with our company's offerings. • Work closely with clients to develop and execute proof of concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our company's solutions in addressing client challenges. • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our video analytics platform, highlighting how they integrate with CCTV systems to enhance security and operational efficiency. • Provide technical support and assistance to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including responding to technical inquiries, addressing client concerns, and resolving technical issues. Our ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered. • Proven experience in a Pre-Sales or technical sales role, preferably within the AI, video analytics, or security technology sectors. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand client requirements and propose innovative solutions that address their needs. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives. • Expertise in CCTV technology, including camera types, video encoding formats, storage solutions, and network configurations. This will be considered a plus for the candidate that can demonstrate this capability. • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, with the ability to articulate how they are applied in the context of video analytics for security and surveillance purposes. This will be considered a plus for the candidate that can demonstrate this capability. • Familiarity with the AI video analytics market landscape, including key players, market trends, and industry challenges, is highly desirable.
