FUNCTIONS
Catenon is looking for an Asset Manager to join an important Real Estate client located in Lisbon. This position will report to the Head of Asset Management Iberia and will have the opportunity to manage cross-functional teams. As Asset Manager, your main responsibilities will be the following: - Developing, updating and implementing the value creation strategy for the shopping centers. - Coordination of internal teams: legal, commercial and operational for the preparation of annual budgets, including, in particular, rental forecasts and proposals for the valuation of real estate assets (works, cost control, lease renegotiation, etc.). - Financial modeling through 5-year business plans. - Control and monitoring of the activity of operational teams. In particular, validation of commercial operations and investments. - Participation in the collection and centralization of real estate and financial information, ensuring the implementation and updating of management tools. - Analysis of the group's main indicators: occupancy rate, sales figures, rental evolution, lease expiration, flow in the shopping centers. - Evaluation and appraisal of investment projects. - Participation in internal and external reports, in relation to management control. - Leading twice a year the portfolio valuation processes. - Identification and evaluation of new services that could be deployed in the centers. - Participation in initiatives aimed at increasing the profitability of the business (revenue growth, cost optimization, etc.). Our ideal candidate is someone who meets the following requirements: - Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, or similar. - At least 5 years of experience in functions similar to those described. - Advanced level of Excel. - Advanced level of English or French (C1).
