FUNCTIONS
This is a technical role, so it will require proven hands-on experience, alongside the ability to communicate, deliver, and support the solutions being developed by the teams, drawing on a wide range of skills covering Cloud technologies, IT support and user management.
The IT support technician will serve 4 worldwide sites in Israel, Dublin, Ukraine & Romania.
Responsibilities
• Onboarding and supporting all the company employees;
• Daily duties include taking phone calls and responding to tickets or email assistance requests;
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues with hardware, software, and computers;
• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices as needed;
• Maintaining hardware and software inventory;
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware replacements;
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
Requirements
• 2 years of proven experience as an IT Technician;
• 2 years of proven experience in Office 365 management and support (users and computers);
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with Installation and updating Desktop OS and Applications;
• Experience with Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office Suite;
• Excellent communication ability;
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills and understanding of diverse computer systems and networks;
• Excellent English both written and spoken.
