Our client is a globally leading company in the renewable energy sector. We are currently looking for a Manager Corporate Strategy & Development (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities:
* Managing the corporate strategy development process
- Define the focus of the strategy process and the responsibilities of supporting functions in collaboration with senior management.
- Align the strategy process with the budgeting process.
- Work closely with internal and external partners.
* Driving strategic analyses & projects, and coordinating cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and innovations that could influence the company’s strategic direction.
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a liaison to key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of strategic initiatives.
Your Profile:
- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Several years of professional experience in strategy/corporate development or within a top consulting firm.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to independently work on complex tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior-level meetings.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and successfully complete projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish and/or German is a plus.
