FUNCTIONS
Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Wholesale, the Key Account Manager is responsible for the development and optimization of cooperation with the partners within region. Cares about the implementation of quantitative and qualitative goals that allow further brand development and business growth.
The Key Account Manager implements the marketing and commercial strategy defined by the brand and works closely with the wholesale, marketing and logistics departments.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for:
• Building an online and offline commercial strategy for partners;
• Negotiating commercial terms in contracts with partners;
• Taking care of the image of the brand in points of sale in the region;
• Managing annual and monthly sales results;
• Maximizing the presence and effectiveness of the brand in every point of sale in the region;
• Realization of business goals (including turnover, profitability) set by the brand;
• Create monthly reports regarding to implemented activities;
• Building a professional and partnership relationship with partners;
• Cooperation with representatives of the Rituals brand working in the field (Account Managers, Shop-in-Shop Managers, Rituals Advisors);
• Build a professional and trusting relationship with all partners.
PROFILE
• Higher education;
• Fluent oral and written English;
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Local negotiation experience, knowledge of negotiation techniques;
• Orientation on the beauty industry, knowledge of the market and trends;
• Analytical skills, knowledge of business factors;
• Independence, dynamics in action, sense of leadership, teamwork, consistency in action;
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial character.
