FUNCTIONS

Job Opportunity: Retail Coordinator for Shopping Malls Responsibilities: Budget Management: Ensure compliance with the commercial budget allocated for various centers and brands. Operational Analysis: Monitor and analyze the overall operations of brands and centers. Track marketing campaigns and POS execution. Strategic Collaboration: Work with the HO Marketing team to prepare comprehensive commercial plans for the country and assigned areas. Visual Excellence: Partner with the Image department to ensure every store has optimal visual impact in windows and interior design, boosting revenue and maintaining excellence. Performance Feedback: Collaborate with the Leasing department to provide insights on brand performance and develop future action plans or identify new brands for better business opportunities. Training & Development: Execute various activities and programs (trainings, workshops, job fairs, etc.) to meet the needs of brands, ensuring their professional growth aligns with commercial objectives. Motivate store teams to excel and develop their professional skills. Leadership: Demonstrate leadership by actively participating in meetings and managing brand relationships. Reporting: Prepare detailed statistics and quality reports on commercial activities to inform HQ and investors, aiding in decision-making processes. Periodic Reviews: Conduct regular reviews with brands to report results and outline action plans. Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors to define strategies that foster company growth. Site Visits: Visit assigned centers daily/weekly to maintain a hands-on approach. Onsite Activities: Actively participate in marketing and retail activities onsite, ensuring their successful and flawless execution. Requirements: Location: Residence in the Madrid area. Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing. A Master’s degree in Economic Science or Retail is desirable. Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a similar position within Retail, Fashion or Restaurants. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Shopping Centers, Outlet business models, and/or fashion distribution sectors. Skills: Exceptional knowledge of store KPIs. Strong analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
