FUNCTIONS

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join the Global Digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating the social media assets for Revlon Profesional , developing engaging posts, stories, and videos to enhance the brand's presence on Instagram and Tik Tok. The candidate should have a background in design and social media, as s/he will need to be on top of social media trends, design captivating visuals, and collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive and impactful content. SOCIAL MEDIA -Content Development & Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics and layouts for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok -Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos, including tutorials, product demos, and behind-the-scenes footage. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in grooming, social media, and digital content to keep the formats and pieces of content relevant and innovative. -Proactivity & Time Management: Ability to work independently and effectively in terms of time management as there will be multiple tasks and deadlines to be followed -Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with the audience and strengthen brand identity - As a plus: being willing to appear on the social media profile as one of the faces of the brand -Community Management Required Qualifications -Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the beauty or grooming industry. -Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro). -Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. -A solid understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. -Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and details. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
