We are working on a unique opportunity in the energy sector, in collaboration with a prestigious group. We are pleased to invite you, as an experienced professional, to join us as Offshore HSE Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hazard Identification & Risk Assessments: Lead hazard identification workshops (HAZOP, HAZID, SIL) and perform Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA) to evaluate risks such as fire, explosion, object fall, and evacuation on offshore platforms.
- Evacuation & Rescue Planning: Design and optimize evacuation routes, meeting points, and rescue strategies, using risk analysis to ensure compliance with safety standards and enhance evacuation efficiency.
- Fire & Explosion Risk Mitigation: Conduct detailed assessments of fire and explosion risks, focusing on protecting critical areas, and develop control measures to mitigate these hazards.
- Safety by Design: Identify and control risks during the design phase, reviewing 3D models and layouts to integrate safety into project plans.
- Lifesaving Equipment (LSA) Management: Lead the selection and design of lifesaving appliances (e.g., lifeboats, life rafts), ensuring adherence to SOLAS and IMO regulations.
- Safety Signage & Procedures: Plan and implement safety signage and ensure evacuation procedures are in place, effectively guiding personnel during emergencies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas or Offshore sector is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of hazard identification techniques, risk assessments, and safety procedures in offshore wind or similar industries.
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum). Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and vendors.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, as required by project needs.

- Location: Cadiz, Sevilla, or Madrid.
- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
