FUNCTIONS
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Area Sales Manager to join the Industrial Textile Webbing / Harnesses & Accessories Business Unit working full-time on-site (Granollers).
The Area Sales Manager will report to the Business Unit Director and will be responsible for actively finding new customers and new sales opportunities, driving revenue growth, and developing initiatives to expand our market share. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently in market research and preferably a proven track record in B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach
- Collaborate with product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering or Scientific, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in B2B sales management
- Availability for travelling 50% of the time
- Ability to identify and prospect potential clients, build strong relationships and close sales opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Ability to collaborate with R&D Department to identify and help developing new products
- Fluency in Spanish and English language
- French will be very valuable
- Experience in the industry and knowledge of PPE relevant products is a plus
- Experience in Textile industry is valuable
