Our client, a German leading manufacturer of products and innovative solutions in fluid technology & industrial automation, specializing in dosing & mixing systems for sealing, adhesive and other applications, is currently seeking a Senior Sales Engineer (m/f/d) in Italy. In this position, you will play a key role in expanding the company's long-term market share in Italy, with a focus on Northern Italy. Your responsibilities: - Technical Sales & Business Development: Active sales of the company’s products and solutions, as well as the development of growth strategies and business models. - Key Account Management & New Customer Acquisition: Managing existing key accounts while acquiring new B2B customers, integrators, and distributors. This includes also on-site visits to customers to strengthen relationships and understand their needs firsthand. - Market Development & Innovation: You will be responsible for the strategic analysis and development of the Italian market, with the goal of increasing long-term market share. You will continuously monitor and analyze market trends, technologies, and materials to ensure that products and solutions are optimally aligned with market demands and remain competitive. - Collaboration with international HQ: Close cooperation with the headquarters in Germany to align market strategies and drive local service/implementation of projects in Italy. - Partner Network: Managing and expanding a network of material manufacturers and integrators to foster synergistic partnerships and optimize market access. Your profile: - A degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is a plus, alternatively, a technical education with relevant professional experience in mechanical engineering, dosing technology, fluid technology, or a related field. - Professional experience in technical sales within mechanical engineering. Knowledge in dosing technology is an advantage. - Passion and motivation for business development and strategic market expansion. - A structured, independent, and analytical approach combined with the ability to develop strategies. - Proactive and communicative personality who enjoys direct customer contact. - Flexibility for regular travel within Italy, primarily Northern Italy.
