Director, Reactor Build Center
Zaragoza, Spain

We are supporting a US based deep tech company that is redefining the future of semiconductor manufacturing through advanced materials and highly controlled industrial processes.
The company is building a new Reactor Build Center in Zaragoza to support a multi billion euro expansion in Europe. This facility will be responsible for the assembly, integration, testing and validation of highly complex reactors used in advanced manufacturing environments before deployment to production fabs worldwide.
We are looking for a senior operations leader with a strong hands on technical background to set up and lead this center from the ground up.

FUNKTIONEN:

• Build and lead a high-performance technical team in a newly constructed facility
• Set up all operational processes related to mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, calibration, and validation of complex industrial equipment
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with international engineering teams in Spain, Europe and the United States to support prototype builds, equipment upgrades, and production changes
• Play a key role in scaling operations in a fast paced, startup like environment

ANFORDERUNGEN:

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or similar
• Solid experience in high tech industrial equipment, semiconductor tools or precision machinery environments
• Proven background in mechanical and electrical systems integration
• Experience leading and scaling technical or production teams
• Exposure to CVD, PVD, vacuum systems, automation or similar technologies is highly valued
