FUNKTIONEN

A leading Caribbean Hotel Resort Group with over over 45 properties across more than 5 countries in the region is currently in the middle of a major digital transformation and seeking a highly experienced Change Manager to work during the implementation and migration of its Poperty Management System and HR software. This position is for you if you: • Have at least 15 years of experience being the go-to person for change management during large software implementations and migrations within the hospitality industry • Willing to be part of one of the region's top Hotel Groups and be responsible for leading the implementation of the new PMS • Have experience working with Property Management System • Have strong communication and leadership skills • Are fluent in both English and Spanish • Can travel Nice to have: • Based in Cancún or willling to relocate • Experience working with Minsait TMS • Experience working with Success Factors What they offer: • Excellent salary and compensation scheme • Two-year minimum contract, very likely permanent upon finishing the project • A company that values entrepreneurship and recognises individual contributions
