FUNKTIONEN

Support to all the Group companies in all the SAP operations, customizing, incidences, new implementations, upgrades, etc. in all the SAP modules currently used and implemented in the future with following responsibilities: - Be the first acting person for any SAP issue detected of transferred from IT support or any user of the SAP system. - Collect new system needs and establish the best way for solving this new requirement in SAP. - Contact and coordinate with external SAP consultant suppliers, external needs of additional support required. - The SAP support will cover the SAP overall operation in all the Group companies, currently sited in Spain, UK and Mexico and with special focus in the US sites that should be covered with very special needs, different time zone and strong local SAP support. - Elaborate SAP User’s and Customizing manuals. - Train SAP users. - Document and record all the resolving activities in SAP. - Daily monitor of all the SAP maintenance world: jobs, database status, system dumps, etc. - Support with SAP tools all the supporting work needed for a SAP operation: Develop and run Legacies for data uploads, elaborate queries for data downloads, develop reports, maintain forms and SAP printings, develop and maintain SAP interfaces with other systems/databases, etc. Requirements: - 10-15 of SAP’s years’ experience in a SAP Consultancy company with solid experience in the modules of SD/PP/MM. - Proficiency level of spoken and written English. - Solid experience in a Consulting firm or in a SAP IT department in a production, distribution or retail company. - Solid knowledge in Modules in SAP ECC 6.0 EHP/7 on HANA. - Knowledge in FI-CO-PA module would be a plus. - Knowledge in BW, SAC and other ‘satellites’ of SAP. - Knowledge in S/4 as next future upgrade step to be carried on before 2027.
