Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Key Account Manager to drive business development and manage key accounts in Eastern Europe. This role will focus on the expansion of current and new markets, particularly in the automotive and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will have the strategic responsibility for managing key accounts in countries such as Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Slovenia, and Turkey. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role within a leading industrial automation company. Key Responsibilities: Account Expansion & Development: Develop and grow key accounts in the automotive sector, while diversifying into other industrial sectors across Eastern Europe. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in both existing and emerging markets. Project Management: Manage and coordinate industrial automation projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, software, automation engineers) to deliver customized solutions for clients. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal engineering teams. Sales Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth by maintaining and expanding the client portfolio, balancing both Hunter and Farmer roles. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business development strategy. Strategic Planning: Collaborate in the development of the strategic plan for Eastern Europe, adjusting the commercial approach based on market trends and emerging opportunities. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and business development within industrial sectors, ideally in the automotive industry. Strong technical knowledge to understand and communicate solutions related to automation and industrial projects. Fluent in English; Native in Polish. Additional Eastern European languages are a plus. Ability to manage and work within matrix structures and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across different geographies. Willingness to travel frequently (50-60%) across Eastern Europe. Nice to Have: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
