If you are looking for a professional experience where you will be responsible for managing and supervising all Construction activities of the Energy Business Unit of our client Italy, with a focus on engineering and construction projects for photovoltaic plants (EPC) and on Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services. Functions Responsible for managing and supervising all Construction activities of the Energy Business Unit. Your mission is to lead the unit's activities ensuring quality, efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction in the execution of each project, while promoting the reputation and expansion of our client. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop the team in Italy, aligning human resources with strategic and operational objectives. Support in the search and selection of profiles. Monitoring of new hires. Project and Operations Supervision: Coordinating the different Site Managers overseeing all projects, supervising and ensuring compliance with quality, cost and deadline objectives in EPC and O&M projects, as well as supporting Contract Management tasks, in accordance with our client's standards and in compliance with contractual requirements. Coordinating the Construction phases of photovoltaic projects, supporting from the planning and design phase to execution and closure, ensuring rigorous monitoring of resources and planning. Supporting the local team in the development of the project, both in the initial phase and in the execution and closure phase. Support in resolving problems with Italian administrations (permits, delivery of documentation, etc.) Defining project execution strategies with local partners. Analyzing problems in construction phase and implementing corrective action plans. Overseeing project risk management, including implementing corrective action plans. Strategy and relationship with Stakeholders: Act as a point of contact for the Spanish HQ in Italy, establishing and maintaining relationships of trust with subcontractors, suppliers and other strategic partners in the execution of photovoltaic projects. Identify opportunities for collaboration with partners and subcontractors in the Italian market, supporting the development of new projects and offers in the country, and evaluation of said subcontractors. High-level contact with subcontractors, to support in closing contracts and resolving problems. Requirements Training: Degree in Engineering (preferably in Energy, Civil, Industrial, Electrical or related areas); MBA or postgraduate degree in project management is valued. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management specifically in Construction and EPC and O&M project management. Experience in photovoltaic plant projects is highly valued. Geographical Mobility: National and international, as required by the projects. Skills: Experience in Project Construction and Optimal Construction Strategies High leadership capacity and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills Advanced knowledge in contract management, project planning and cost control in EPC/O&M projects. Competence in Italian and English; knowledge of Spanish is valued.
