Key Account Manager – Retail (DPH) – France Responsibilities: -Act as the primary point of contact for key retail accounts (Intermarché, Système U). -Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure account profitability. -Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance). -Negotiate and manage annual agreements, including pricing, assortments, new product listings, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives. -Ensure the proper execution of regional agreements through the field sales force. -Monitor and analyze market trends, providing strategic recommendations to enhance product performance. -Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. -3+ years of experience in FMCG, retail, or DPH (drugstore, hygiene, cosmetics). -Proven ability to negotiate with purchasing offices at the national or regional level. -Strong analytical skills with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Fluency in French & English (Spanish is a plus).
