FONCTIONS

Our client is an innovative a leading company developing and manufacturing large LED video equipment. They are driven people, love things to happen, that’s why they seek passionate and talented people to join their team. As a Product Lead, you will contribute to the strategic vision with product development and technology insights, transversal leadership through the organization, and product development management responsibility. You have end-to-end responsibility for the commercial success of a product throughout the full lifecycle. Using your communication skills and technical knowledge, you bring the product vision across to the teams. You ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Responsibilities ▪ Define the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's goals. ▪ Identify new market opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes for growth and innovation through market research and visits to customers and sales teams to understand customer needs. ▪ Generate proposals based on customer feedback to improve the portfolio ensuring the products solve real customer problems and deliver a compelling user experience. ▪ Responsible for the product roadmap EMEA. Prioritizing product developments, detecting vertical market needs, defining product needs, feature prioritization... based on customer needs, benchmarking of competitors, trends, and business impact. ▪ Transversal Leadership, a cross-functional role through R+D, Sales and Marketing. ▪ Manage the Product lifecycle, from identifying the customer need, developing the specifications requirements, follow-up of the design process, and product launch. Ensure the product is released on time and within the scope defined in the roadmap. ▪ Define the product release plan (product, price, distribution channel, communication) ▪ Be the product ambassador. Ensure a deep understanding of products and technologies to the sales and the technical team and customers by providing training and demonstrations. Ensure the right message for external communication. ▪ Develop KPIs to help different teams improve future product decisions and iterations. Requisites ▪ Minimum of 5 to 10 years in product lead or product management in the Audio-Visual industry with a track record of launching successful products. ▪ Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred). ▪ Willing and able to travel. ▪ Fluent in English (additional languages a plus) Skills ▪ Strong technical skills and AV business awareness. ▪ Passion & Curiosity for AV Industry & New Technology. ▪ Leadership and communication skills. ▪ Strategic thinking. ▪ Demonstrates continuous eagerness to learn and to be informed about the latest industry trends. ▪ Multicultural experience and scope. ▪ Collaborative involving different teams across the globe. ▪ International mindset with clear goal orientation and prioritization. ▪ Team player.
