Functions
Direct and lead subsidiary in Germany to ensure the highest quality standards.
Manage our client´s subsidiary focusing on commercial strategy together with the support of the HQ in Spain.
Create, plan and direct the promotion and sales policy in the market, optimizing the commercial strategy, with the aim of increasing the client portfolio in marine, mining and industry in general.
Support our clients’ other businesses in any future implementation of other businesses/sectors in the market.
Monitor finances and administration and manage P&L to achieve the set objectives.
Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control the necessary strategies to ensure effective and efficient development of commercial activities.
Ensure the highest standards of quality and achieve the greatest customer satisfaction.
Deliver the necessary results that allow the profitability of the investment in the German market.
Strive to implement continuous improvement in business development with the aim of elevating the positioning and image our client.
Investigate the market to obtain reliable information on the competition and market trends.
Analyze and understand the market and existing or potential competition, defining actions that increase the market share and positioning of the company.
Develop a work environment that positively motivates people, promoting teamwork and commitment, culture and values, and a good working climate.
Requirements
Electrical and Electronic Engineering Studies.
MBA or organizational experience would be valuable.
Solid knowledge of business strategy planning in Germany.
Experience of a minimum of four years as Commercial Director in the sale of power converters, generators and electric motors and control and automation equipment in different sectors.
Accustomed to attending clients premises in projects and installations.
Fluent in German, English and Spanish
Inspirational leadership is essential.
Ability to work well in a team.

Honed communication, analysis and organization skills. Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
