The Role

We are looking for an SAP IT Manager who will act as the internal expert and project leader for all SAP-related initiatives. You will be the key point of contact between the business and external partners, leading the evolution of the SAP environment and ensuring its alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

Manage and evolve the company’s SAP ecosystem, with a focus on SAP SD/MM/PP modules
Act as the internal reference point for SAP projects, upgrades, and integrations
Coordinate with external SAP service providers and ensure high-quality delivery
Lead and participate in key digital transformation projects
Collaborate with different departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations) to understand needs and propose efficient SAP solutions
Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of SAP systems


What We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience in SAP consulting (SD/MM/PP modules)
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is highly valued
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions
Proactive, independent, and hands-on approach
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
Willingness to work in a hybrid model
