Job Description:

We are recruiting a Brand, Product & Communication Manager for company specialized in Boutique Apartments.
It is a premium, strongly branded serviced apartment hospitality brand operating in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Hamburg and Madrid.

An outstanding Brand, Product & Communication Manager with proven experience in the hospitality sector. This role combines brand stewardship, customer communication leadership, and product development. The successful candidate will act as the true guardian of the brand, ensuring its consistency and excellence across all properties, touchpoints, and communication channels.
A strategic and hands-on leadership role, for someone who combines creativity, analytical thinking, operational understanding, and deep hospitality expertise.
A professional capable of elevating a distinctive European brand to its next stage of growth.

Responsibilities:

Brand Leadership & Implementation:
• Act as the guardian of the brand, ensuring consistent implementation across all properties and channels.
• Lead and refine the branded storytelling
• Oversee brand positioning, tone of voice, visual identity, and narrative consistency.
• Ensure brand standards are executed across digital channels, physical spaces, guest materials, and partnerships.

Communication & Guest Journey:
• Lead all guest communications throughout the customer journey (pre-stay, in-stay, and post-stay).
• Optimize communication flows across website, booking engine, CRM, OTAs, and on-property materials.
• Enhance personalization and messaging to elevate guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Operations, Revenue, and Digital teams to ensure alignment between brand promise and guest experience delivery.
• Experience with PMS systems (especially MEWS) is a strong plus.

Product Development & Experience Design:
• Develop a deep understanding of target consumers and guest segments.
• Translate consumer insights into tangible product enhancements.
• Identify and lead new product developments and upgrades to maximize guest experience, quality perception, and brand differentiation.
• Ensure product evolution aligns with brand identity and commercial objectives.
• Monitor guest feedback, reviews, ratings, and NPS to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience in the hospitality industry and /or aspirational digital brands or lifestyle brands.
• Background in brand management, product development, communication.
• Strong understanding of premium brand positioning and storytelling.
• Experience managing customer communications and optimizing the guest journey.
• Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Data-driven and consumer-centric approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Barcelona-based, hybrid, with one day home office.
• Opportunity to shape the brand and product of a growing, internationally expanding hospitality company.
• High level of autonomy and strategic responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
• A Master's in Marketing, Brand Management, or Hospitality would be an advantage but is not essential.
