Global Product Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description:

Our client, a global supplier of water and climate systems for construction and infrastructure projects, is seeking a Global Product Manager – Heat Interface Units (HIU) (m/f/d) to shape and drive the future of their international product portfolio. In this strategic role, you will define product direction, translate market and customer needs into innovative solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver commercially successful products.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the global product strategy and roadmap for the HIU portfolio, ensuring a scalable, modular, and standardized product offering.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including new developments, enhancements, portfolio optimization, and phase-out decisions, supported by business cases and market priorities.
• Translate customer, market, regulatory, and industry trends into product requirements, working closely with R&D to prioritize development activities and ensure compliance.
• Gather customer and market insights through regional teams and direct engagement to validate product-market fit and maintain a competitive positioning.
• Support portfolio performance by contributing to pricing strategy, monitoring commercial results, and recommending actions to improve revenue, profitability, and product mix.
• Act as the central interface between R&D, Product Marketing, and regional product teams, aligning stakeholders and supporting successful product launches and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
• At least 7 years of experience in product management, strategic product development, or technical business roles within international, multi-site organizations.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading product launches from concept to market adoption.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable commercial impact.
• Strong background in managing technical products, systems, or solution portfolios, including business case development, financial evaluation, and investment planning.
• Experience in Heating & Cooling, Heat Interface Units (HIUs), apartment stations, prefabrication, or installation systems is highly desirable.
