Senior Quality Manager

Job Description:

The position of Senior Quality Manager will report to the Global Development & Quality Director.

Responsibilities:

- Build and drive the quality strategy, to meet business and customers’ requirements.
- Drive quality culture and continuous improvement within the global development team, sites, suppliers.
- Manage and monitor internal and external non-conformances and customer complaints to drive performance and aid effective communication to our internal and external customers.
- Take the lead, execute, and implement quality management system in conformance to ISO 9001 and other standards.
- Manage a multilocated team IT-US ensuring applying harmonized quality procedures and standards
- Ensure cross-functional management with development, procuremenr, regulatory and supply chain team.
- Build effective relationships with business partners to offer support to internal customers, driving best in class quality excellence.

Requirements:

- BSc degree or higher in scientific orientation (chemistry, biochemistry, food industry) or confirmed similar experience; 5 to 10 years’ experience as
a manager in a quality role.
- Experience in management of quality management systems.
- Good knowledge in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22716).
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to different stakeholders.
- Rigorous and data-driven; able to make decisions autonomously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent with informatic skills (Office Suite, MS Business Central, SAP, others).
- Technically knowledge in cosmetic/packaging procedures, physical measurements, standard tests.
- Fluent in English and French (C1 level).
