FUNCTIONS
Responsabilities: • To manage EMEA REGION on the personal care + cosmetic categories: Revlon Hair Color, Revlon Color Cosmetics, Creme of Nature, Llongueras Flex, Cutex. • To lead innovation projects together with the global MKT team. • Drive support to local markets on strategy, activation and assets requirement. • To drive the strategy and growth plans in the EMEA Region. • Manage the P&L: COGS, Price strategy and TOP line growth. • To elevate and align with global on EMEA priorities. • Analysis and understanding of the Nielsen variables: market evolution, prices, promotional activity, rate of sale. • Market performance understanding and insights. • Project Management. • CO- Lead the project development with global Marketing. • Media Communication. • Work with local markets on their Media Plan and support in the content creation. Requirements: • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration and related disciplines from an accredited institution and at least 5 years of relevant experiences as a Brand Manager in FMCG industry. • High level of English. • Experience in Product development and Project Management. • Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP, Nielsen. • High analytical and financials skills. • Proactive and agile in Ways of working. • High level of commitment. • Autonomous. • Leadership skills. • Easy to go with Processes and internal systems.Apply now
