FUNCTIONS

Funciones: - Representación y posicionamiento de la empresa en el mercado. - Definir la estrategia y actividades operativas. - Realizar acciones que permitan desarrollar el mercado y la cartera de clientes. - Control de los proyectos en curso. - Liderar el capital humano de la compañía. - Control de costes y timing de los proyectos asegurando su rentabilidad. - Presentar y reportar resultados a la casa matriz en España. - Control de la cuenta de resultados. Requisitos: - Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales o Puertos, Grado en Ingeniería Civil o Ingeniería Industrial. - Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en Obra Civil - Experiencia en el mercado de LATAM. - Inglés B2. - Disponibilidad para residir en Lima, Perú.
