FUNCTIONS

Mission Our client is a leading player in the audio-visual sector and is seeking a Sales Manager for Germany. As a pivotal figure you will play a key role in driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting technology solutions to a variety of target markets. You will be responsible for promoting and selling their LED product solutions to focused system integrators and partners in Germany. Functions  Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.  Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and manage full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.  Drive both direct sales and partner-driven sales.  Initiate promotional events for the company.  Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential.  Use various lead generation tools to create a database of potential targets.  Participate in business development activities to build a healthy project pipeline.  Use the company CRM tools to build a sales pipeline of prospects, accounts and opportunities.  Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure sales campaigns align with the company’s vision.  Support the development and implementation of marketing materials and presentations.  Work alongside operations and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of campaigns. Requisites • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales and account management preferably in AV sector (LED knowledge is an advantage).  Solid business acumen and commercial skills.  Ambitious and motivated.  Ability and flair for building long term business relationships.  Ability to work autonomously without supervision.  Team player.  Startup mindset.  Availability to travel nationally.
