FUNCTIONS
Your responsibilities: - Participation in training sessions at the plant (Spain). - Service and application support of Fagor Automation products in the Czech Republic and Slovakia: CNC control, direct metering, motors, drives and more. - Communication with customers, problem solving (by phone, e-mail, on site). - Integration of productivity systems (MT Connect), software and hardware. - Collaboration with OEMs on PLC, CNC, HMI solutions. - Setup and configuration of equipment and products. - Maintaining parts inventory for repairs. - Customer training (on-site or at Fagor Automation facility). - Assisting dealers with product demonstrations. - Preparation of service reports. - Escalation of problems (in CR/SR, to Spain). Your profile: - Experience in field service (machine tools, automation). - Secondary education with a high school diploma (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics). - Professional competence according to Government Regulation 194/2022 Coll. (formerly Decree 50/78 Coll.). - Ability to solve problems, test, service technical equipment. - Knowledge of Czech and English/Spanish language. - Knowledge of CNC control systems, direct measuring equipment. - Ability to interpret block diagrams. - Group B driver's license, willingness to travel (CR/SR, Spain).
