FUNCTIONS

This position will report to the FP&A manager. Working across a number of different brands. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Help support the FPA team during busy times - such as month end and budgeting • Provide support for the commercial team with reporting needs - business plans and wholesale reports • Weekly Sales Reporting and understanding where the variances and providing explanations • Update and maintain reporting dashboards and tools to provide accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders, enabling data driven decision-making • Support FPA team with ad-hoc commercial requests • Providing accurate explanations and suggesting improvements to the management Essential Requirement: • Preview professional experience of 4 years in similar roles • Multi-tasking and open to additional responsibilities • Ability to pay attention to details and focus on accuracy • Strong Communicator and can present financial information effectively • Strong Excel skills • Proactivity and problem-solving attitude • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and exercise judgment • Respect of strict deadlines and processes • Multi- currency experience Additional desired: • Microsoft Navision/Business Central experience • Part Qualifications (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) • Experience in the Luxury sector or wholesale is a plus
