FUNCTIONS

Location: Panama Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and a keen eye for process improvements. Key Responsibilities: -Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency across departments. -Implement and optimize operational processes to improve productivity. -Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve operational goals. -Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and financial reporting. -Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations. -Manage invoicing, cash management, and aged debt monitoring. -Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and vendor management. Qualifications: -Proven experience in operations management or a similar role. -Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a team environment. -Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. -Experience with financial processes, including budgeting and cash management. Working knowledge of MS Office. Fluency in English.
