They offer a wide range of solutions with attractive designs, featured in many iconic national and international projects in Italy. This role will have a strategic impact as it involves being part of the official launch of the team in Italy (currently, local distributors specializing in automation solutions are operating). Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets, aligning with the company's growth objectives. Work collaboratively with team members to foster a results-driven environment that supports the achievement of sales goals. Initiate and manage client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships
