FUNCTIONS
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting the best candidates for job openings. This role requires a deep understanding of the company’s needs and culture, utilizing various strategies to attract talent, and conducting interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements. The specialist also facilitates communication between candidates and the company, playing a key role in building effective teams and strengthening the company’s culture in collaboration with HRBP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Lead the recruitment process: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, which includes reviewing job profiles with managers and HRBPs against market availability and budget constraints, posting job offers, and screening candidates to recruit the best talent within agreed budgets.
- Design and publish job offers: Create, write, and publish job postings on relevant job portals, including LinkedIn and InfoJobs, following corporate guidelines.
- Provide feedback: Review, assess, and deliver timely feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews: Organize and attend candidate meetings and interviews to facilitate the selection process.
- Make offers and close processes: Extend offers to candidates and finalize the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with HRBPs and managers to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
JOB PROFILE
Education: Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, HR, Business Administration, or a similar field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment, managing the recruitment process for various profiles, including administrative, technology, finance, and actuarial roles.
Languages: Fluent in English.

- Strong team player with a deep understanding of people, their qualifications, and motivations.
- Excellent advisory skills to HRBPs and business leaders, with the confidence to present differing viewpoints when necessary.
- Detail-oriented to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and the business.
Valuable Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
