Vidal Candies USA looking for their Country Director for the US market. As a key member of their team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and shaping our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize the business plan and sales strategies for the United States across various sales channels.
- Develop and nurture client portfolios, tailoring product catalogs to align with market trends.
- Strategize and implement an optimal sales and regional structure tailored to diverse market needs.
- Prepare, organize, and execute business strategies and proposals to drive growth and profitability.
- Analyze market dynamics, develop sales strategies, and implement tactics to maximize revenue.
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
- Oversee planning and control of annual budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate the existing team.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- +10 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), particularly in Candy & Confectionery companies, with a focus on modern trade, grocery, and convenience channels.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, analytical prowess, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in trade marketing principles and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a track record of fostering strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Established network and proven ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Full availability to travel as needed.
