Our client, a leading european developer & manufacturer of innovative KNX-products for building automation, is currently looking for a Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d). In this position you will play a key role in enhancing the company’s presence in Germany.
Your responsibilities:
- Management and development of existing clients while proactively acquiring new customers within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to design and implement the commercial strategy for your zone, ensuring alignment with company goals and market dynamics.
- Participate in commercial negotiations and take ownership of managing commercial budgets to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Ensure continuous follow-up with key, long-standing clients to maintain strong relationships and foster customer loyalty.
- Contribute to monitoring and analyzing competitors and technological trends within the building automation sector.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events, strengthening the brand presence and fostering new business opportunities.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the building automation, HVAC, or electrical engineering sectors.
- Knowledge of KNX technology is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Native German speaker with fluency in English.
