FUNCTIONS

This person should be a talented, driven, and experienced professional to lead a Center of Excellence globally while closely collaborating with management across all key operational areas as a strategic business partner. The Center of Excellence will have a worldwide scope, with the operational team spread across Europe, the USA, and Australia. The Kinaxis RR Business Coordinator & Solution Architect will be based in Barcelona and report directly to the Executive of Manufacturing & Operations in the USA (Atlanta, GA). International travel will be required to ensure seamless coordination and management of this comprehensive, global implementation. This role demands a leader capable of directing and supervising all activities related to implementing and optimizing Kinaxis RR across the organization. As the primary point of contact with Kinaxis, the Kinaxis RR Business Coordinator & Solution Architect will occupy a strategic and influential position within the company. Their responsibilities will include ensuring the successful adoption, continuous optimization, and maximization of Kinaxis RR to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s supply chain operations. This is an opportunity for a leader to shape the global strategy of Kinaxis RR implementation, ensuring its positive impact on the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES -Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation: They will oversee the implementation of Kinaxis RR in all our regions by collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration with our current supply chain processes. This involves defining requirements, initial system configuration, change requests, and resource management to meet established functionalities, deadlines, and objectives. As a Solution Architect, he/she will be accountable for the technical design and architecture of Kinaxis RR to ensure its functionality, scalability, reliability, and security. -Center of Excellence management: He/She will coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary team within the Center of Excellence (both business and technical), providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development to team members. - Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand supply chain needs and challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions within Kinaxis RR. -Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to Kinaxis RR implementation and optimization, ensuring effective adoption by end users. REQUIREMENTS -Spanish and English (mandatory) -Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. -Centers of Excellence Experience: Solid and demonstrable experience actively participating in Centers of Excellence, ideally in supply chain areas. -Supply Chain Knowledge: Deep knowledge of supply chain processes and their integration with SCP systems (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, InvInventory Planning, DRP, MRP, etc.). APICS CPIM is highly recommended. - SCP Systems Experience: Proven experience in the implementation and management of Supply Chain Planning (SCP) systems, specifically RapidResponse by Kinaxis WE OFFER Excellent professional opportunity.
