FUNCTIONS

We are seeking a Sales Manager with experience in the industrial sector, specifically in sensor sales, to lead the business development in Spain for an American multinational company. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in Spain. Identify and establish relationships with new clients in the industrial sector. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in Spain. Collaborate with technical teams to offer customized solutions to clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Analyze client needs and develop proposals that meet their requirements. Supervise and manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure. Travel frequently within Spain for client meetings and industry events. Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial B2B sales. Experience in technical sales and market development. Fluency in English. Availability to travel 50% of the time within Spain. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with strong time management skills. Desirable: Background in engineering studies. Experience in sensor sales or similar products. Capacity and motivation for continuous learning.
