FUNCTIONS

We are looking for a highly organized and ambitious Project Manager. The Project Manager will report directly to the Head of Service and will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, including New Machine and LCS (Life Cycle Services) projects. The successful candidate will ensure the successful completion of projects within scope, budget, and timeline, while effectively managing resources, navigating complex projects, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management: - Oversee and manage multiple projects, including New Machine and LCS projects, from initiation to completion. - Attending order and technical clarification meetings to gain a thorough understanding of project requirements. - Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. - Manage reclamation processes, ensuring timely resolution and closure. - Effectively utilize and schedule the companys service resources to meet project demands. Budget and Quality Tracking: - Update and maintain all necessary systems for budget tracking, ensuring financial targets are met. - Monitor and track project quality, ensuring adherence to established standards. - Implement effective control measures to mitigate project risks and ensure successful outcomes. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to track project progress and performance. Stakeholder Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and 3rd party suppliers. - Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers to optimize project costs and secure favorable agreements. - Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, clarifications, and escalations. - Proactively address issues and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely conflict resolution. On-Site Preparations: - Coordinate and prepare all necessary on-site activities, including resource allocation and logistics planning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project tasks. - Conduct site visits as needed to assess progress, address challenges, and provide guidance to project teams. YOUR PROFILE - Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and conflicts.
