FUNCTIONS

Our client, an international Belgian fashion manufacturer, is currently seeking a Distribution & Logistics Analyst in Los Angeles. In this role you will act as a bridge between the warehouse operations and strategic logistics analysis. The role requires an in-depth understanding of warehousing process, combined with strong analytical skills to monitor, improve, and support logistics operations with the 3PL provider. This Role will report to the COO. Your responsibilities - Act as the key contact for 3PL providers, ensuring smooth daily operations. - Conduct regular warehouse visits to understand processes and identify improvement areas. - Follow up on 3PL performance, addressing issues and ensuring service level compliance. - Track and analyze warehouse and transport KPIs (order accuracy, stock levels, delivery performance). - Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to optimize logistics flows. - Support ERP enhancements for better data accuracy and warehouse efficiency. - Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, and Planning teams to align logistics with business needs. - Ensure clear communication and follow-ups with the 3PL provider on service improvements. Your profile - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or 5+ years of relevant experience. - 2+ years of experience working with distribution centers or 3PL’s. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret logistics data. - Proven successful experience in challenging & domestic logistics environment. - Knowledge of the consumer goods industry preferably within a Retail Fashion brand or B2B Environment (e-commerce experience is a plus). - Customer mindset combined with excellent communication and coordination skills. - Ability to motivate external partners and get result through constructive relationships. - Comfortable working both on-site (warehouse visits) and in an office environment. - Language: English. - IT: proficient in standard office tools.
