FUNCTIES
Reporting to the subsidiary's management, you will be responsible for developing the revenue of the regional accounts under your charge, ensuring compliance with our commercial strategy, the profitability of managed accounts, and the performance of our brands.
Responsibilities:
-Act as the primary point of contact for key retail accounts
-Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure account profitability.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance).
-Negotiate and manage annual agreements, including pricing, assortments, new product listings, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives.
-Ensure the proper execution of regional agreements through the field sales force.
-Monitor and analyze market trends, providing strategic recommendations to enhance product performance.
-Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-+5 years of experience in FMCG, GMS, or DPH (drugstore, hygiene, cosmetics).
-Proven ability to negotiate with purchasing offices at the national or regional level.
-Strong analytical skills with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Fluency in French & English (Spanish is a plus).
