FUNCTIES
Requirements: • More than 10 years of senior management experience • Min 3 years of experience as "C" or "Director" Level in a retail company (large food or large food discounter experience is preferred) • Managed large team of 1000+ reports (direct and indirect) successfully for at least 3 years • 40+ years age with excellent result driven track record of business results • Entrepreneur skills demonstrated in past career • Good product and commercial understanding of Non-Food and/or Food discount retailing • Good P&L financial knowledge • Having some experience with Turkish, Central Asian or Asian markets, is a plus. Personal Qualities: • University education • Good communicator with excellent personal presentation skills • Result driven individual, who will drive team to achieve best results • Speaks English very well (critical) and Turkish (is an asset) • Willing to live in EgyptZich nu kandidaat stellen
