Our customer, a Spanish leader in advanced home automation solutions. This company boasts nearly 20 years of expertise in the industry. Specializing in the globally recognized KNX standard, they are dedicated to delivering systems that seamlessly combine customization, energy efficiency, and sustainability. Their solutions enhance the hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors by offering intuitive control and sophisticated design, catering to the unique needs of their clients while maintaining a commitment to cutting-edge technology and aesthetic excellence. Location: this is a home-office role. Reporting to the Sales Director, you are the ambassador of the company in your location, promoting the products and embodying the vision and values of the brand. You will play a key role in its recognition and in expanding its clients. You will be responsible for: Developing the commercial strategy within your geographical area of responsibility in collaboration with the Sales Director. Setting sales targets (budget, forecasts) and monitoring their achievement, Developing and supporting clients, Participating in commercial negotiations, Managing commercial budgets, Ensuring follow-up with important and historical clients of the company, Participating in the company's commercial policy, Contributing to competitive and technological monitoring in the sector, Attending local and national fairs, All actions must be reported using a CRM management tool. Requirements for this role: University degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering. At least five years of professional sales experience in the industrial HVAC sector. KNX certification and/or direct experience in selling KNX home automation solutions is ideal. Experience in selling home automation solutions directly to end users (e.g., hotel chains, real estate developers) and a broad network of contacts in the industry is a strong plus. Highly autonomous, passionate about sales, with a strategic and analytical mindset, and a strong team-oriented attitude. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is essential for this position.
