Business Development Manager - Foodservice France

What will your mission be?

You will act as the strategic link between the company and its exclusive Foodservice partner in France, contributing to business growth by providing market insights and identifying new commercial development opportunities.

This is a strongly business-oriented role, combining market analysis, strategic customer relationships and in-depth market knowledge to drive new commercial initiatives and support the continued growth of the business in France.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the company’s strategic partner in the French market, ensuring seamless communication and excellent commercial and operational support.
- Join the commercial team on visits to key strategic customers to gain first-hand market insights, identify opportunities and contribute to business development.
- Analyse the evolution of the French Foodservice market, identifying emerging trends, segments and growth opportunities.
- Drive the development of new business opportunities, product categories and commercial initiatives with strong growth potential.
- Coordinate the follow-up of pricing, quotations, commercial terms and sales initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
- Work closely with different departments across the organisation to ensure the effective execution of the international commercial strategy.

Anforderungen:

We are looking for someone with:

- Solid experience in commercial or business development roles within the Foodservice, HoReCa or FMCG sectors, combined with a strong understanding of the French market.
-Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, with experience working with margins, profitability and business plans.
-Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and successfully manage strategic partners and stakeholders.
-A strong business development mindset, with the ability to identify and develop new market opportunities.
-Availability to travel approximately 50% of the time, mainly within France.
-Fluency in French and Spanish.
